Submitting a support ticket is the best way to request technical assistance when an issue cannot be solved through the knowledge base. A ticket gives your request a record that can be tracked and followed up on.
Before you begin
Gather the website address, email address, domain, or AIOTB account affected. If possible, take a screenshot of the problem without exposing sensitive information.
Submit your request
- Visit the official support website for your agency.
- Select Submit a Ticket, Contact Support, or the equivalent support-request option.
- Sign in if the portal requires it.
- Select the most relevant topic, such as Website, Email, Domain/DNS, Billing, or AIOTB, if categories are available.
- Enter a short subject that describes the issue, such as “Email not arriving at sales@example.com.”
- Explain what happened, when it started, which service is affected, and what you have already tried.
- Attach screenshots or an error message if useful. Remove passwords, payment details, authentication codes, and unrelated personal information.
- Submit the ticket and watch for a confirmation or ticket number.
After submission
Reply to the original ticket confirmation when you have more details, rather than opening multiple tickets about the same problem. Be available for follow-up questions. If an issue affects multiple users, include that detail.
Urgent issues
If your website is completely unavailable, email has stopped for the entire company, or you suspect a compromised account, clearly describe the business impact and use your provider’s published urgent-support method, if one exists. A ticket alone does not guarantee a particular response time.
Still need help?
If you do not receive confirmation, check your spam folder and verify that you entered a working reply-to address. Use an alternate contact method listed on the official support site if needed.
