Webmail lets you read and send business email from a web browser, without configuring Outlook or a phone. If your agency provides webmail for your domain, you can normally access it at webmail.yourdomain.com.
Find your webmail address
Replace yourdomain.com with the actual domain used for your business email. For example, if your email address is hello@example.com, try https://webmail.example.com.
Use the exact webmail address supplied by your agency if it differs. This article is for agency-provided webmail; other email services may use a different sign-in website.
Log in to webmail
- Open Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, or another current web browser.
- Enter your webmail address in the browser address bar, such as
https://webmail.example.com. - Confirm that you are on the expected secure sign-in page.
- Enter your full email address and its email password.
- Complete any verification step shown.
- Open your Inbox to view messages, or select Compose to send a new message.
Test your email
- Send a short email to a second address you control.
- Confirm that the sent message appears in Sent Items.
- Reply from the second account and check that the message reaches your Inbox.
If you cannot log in
- Check that the domain and mailbox address were typed correctly.
- Verify that you are using your email password, not your WordPress or website-hosting password.
- If the page does not load or shows a security warning, do not bypass the warning. Contact support with the URL and what you see.
- Do not repeatedly retry a password if the account appears locked.
